We hope you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with items purchased, providing the goods are in perfect condition (please see terms below) and you still have an original invoice, you can cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt of the garment.
You must notify us within the 14 day period that you wish to cancel the order. This notification must be in writing – letter or email.
A full refund will be made within 28 days of your cancellation following inspection of the returned garment.
We take great care in checking each of our items. In the unlikely event that there is a slight defect or fault, please contact us on email@example.com with your invoice number and a short description of the defect. We will then send you a returns number, by email. Please return the item with a copy of the returns number email. Once we have received the item, we will notify you by email and confirm when the refund has been authorized.
We will not accept items as faulty if the fault has occured due to a customer's mishandling of the product and/or not following the prescribed wash/care instructions.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the item in perfect condition. The following terms apply:
All goods must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with their original labelling and packaging (please take care when unpacking & repacking), and within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to refund for the postage cost of returning item and we cannot be held responsible for garments lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.
Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited, please note we will not make refunds to a third party.

Exchange: Non-sale items
If you do not wish for a full refund for goods within 14 days of receipt (as above), you can choose to have a credit note (valid for 6 months) or an exchange of goods within 28 days of receipt.
Unless the item is faulty, no items purchased during the sale can be refunded for cash or credit note. If you would like to exchange your item, you can do so within 7 days of receipt at the price the item is on sale at the time of exchange. No items can be exchanged after the sale has ended.
